In the latest update to Hypertasks, we’re excited to introduce Project Board Views. This new feature lets users save specific layouts and filters for any project board, switching between them with just a few clicks. Gone are the days of manually adjusting filters and column settings each time; now, you can save your favorite board setups and instantly toggle between them whenever needed.

How to Create and Switch Between Views

Setting up views in Hypertasks is intuitive:

Adjust Board Settings: Start by customizing the board to fit your needs. This includes setting up filters, columns, and sorting.
Save the Setup: Press Shift + V to save your configuration. You can name the view and choose whether it’s private or shared with your team.
Switch Between Views: To switch, press G then V and choose from your saved views or type to search.

When you’re in a custom view, a blue view icon will appear in the header, helping you distinguish your active layout. To return to the default board, click on the board name or use G then V to select it.
